About this property

Canalfront Retreat - Private Jetty & Pool

  • Summary:

Nestled on the water in one of Noosa’s most prestigious enclaves, this spectacular property finds its inspiration in the ebb and flow, dawn and dusk, and raw beauty that defines Mother Nature. It’s a place where the outside world retreats and a gentler pace of life unfolds. Where the great outdoors become something so much more, casting a spell over all who stay there.

    The Space:

Stretching across two levels in exclusive Witta Circle, the property seamlessly blends the indoors with the out. Warm sunshine floods in through expansive banks of windows while a deepening palette of timber hues brings a warmth and richness to the neutral colour scheme. Intriguing artworks and deft touches of colour bring vibrant personality.

With expansive bedrooms and bathrooms offering a sense of sanctuary across the levels, and a private lift ensuring accessibility, the property is designed to accommodate all parties. This sense of inclusivity flows through to the main gathering hub downstairs, where a spacious open-plan layout links the gourmet kitchen with cleverly designed dining and living areas. All are welcoming places to dine, chat, laugh and relax.

Beyond them lies a full-width outdoor zone, which is accessed through massive banks of glass that frame the view like the work of art it is. Here, the focus turns to an enjoyment of the natural environment, with an entrée to activities on, under or overlooking the emerald waters.

A solar-heated pool is a welcome destination for a cooling dip on a balmy Noosa day, with sunloungers sprinkled about for relaxation. A barbecue and multiple arrangements of tables and chairs are perfect for alfresco entertaining, with the chance to sit in the shade or bask in the sunshine.

From here, the timber deck flows down wooden stairs to a private expanse of sand, perfect for casting in a line or setting off on any sort of board. There’s also a private jetty, which can be a destination in its own right or a launchpad for more aquatic adventures.

Across the water, the view looks in the direction of Hastings St, beyond which lie north-facing Main Beach and Noosa National Park. Here, you can search for the latest fashions, make a booking for dinner – be it casual or five-star – people watch or even treat yourself to an ice-cream. For more adventurous pursuits, the possibilities are myriad, from famous surf breaks and gorgeous sandy strolls to lush natural bushland teeming with birdlife.

Bring your bucket list or travel wish list and tick the items off one by one. Make memories, take photos and film videos. After all, this slice of paradise isn’t just the great outdoors, it’s so much more than you could ever imagine. And it’s all yours to discover.

    Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home and pool throughout their stay.

    The Neighborhood:

Noosa is recognised as a UNESCO biosphere reserve, this chic coastal town is surrounded by bay, beach, National Park and river. Visitors to Noosa love to swim at Noosa Main Beach, surf the Noosa World Surfing Reserve, walk the Noosa National Park’s stunning forest and coastal trails or picnic as the sun sets over the hinterland behind the river mouth. Home to iconic Hastings Street, which is famous for its shopping and dining, Noosa’s main beach is lined with restaurants, cafes, bars and an eclectic array of boutiques, homeware stores, galleries, and surf stores.

Noosa Junction or as it is affectionately known by locals, ‘The Junga’ is a buzzing little village just over the hill from Hastings Street, ‘The Junga’ is home to a wonderful world of bars, restaurants, live music, coffee shops, fashion boutiques, laneways, night markets, street art and photo galleries.

With the Noosa River winding through its heart and river hire businesses dotted along its 2km of grassy foreshore, Noosaville is a lively centre of aquatic activities including swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing and jet skiing. Restaurants, cafes and bars on both Gympie Terrace and Thomas Street, many with stunning views of the Noosa River, serve up tastes from around the world as well as contemporary Australian fare that cater to all tastes and budgets. Shopping is also well catered for in Noosaville with an excellent range of boutiques retailing everything from shoes and beachwear to surfboards and clothes for any occasion.

Noosa ferry’s custom-built classic riverboats cruise between Hastings Street, Noosaville and Tewantin (Noosa Marina) with seven stops along the Noosa River with a one-way trip taking about 40 minutes.

Tewantin is a quiet, village-style suburb situated along the Noosa River from Noosaville which features a pedestrian-friendly main street renowned for its striking Poinciana trees showcasing vibrant orange-red flowers during the summer months. Originally established as a timber town and serving as the river port for the Noosa region, Tewantin is home to the vehicular ferry connecting to Noosa’s North Shore and Fraser Island, as well as the Noosa Marina, a hub for riverfront shops and restaurants, and host to weekly craft and produce markets.

Inland from Noosa and popular for day trips is the Hinterland where green valleys are dotted with cafes, galleries, vintage stores, markets and historic pubs. Known for their incredible natural beauty, the Noosa Hinterland is comprised of country towns including Eumundi, Cooroy, Pomona, Kin Kin, Cooran and is also home to the Noosa Everglades. One of only two everglades’ systems on Earth, the Noosa Everglades is a 60km stretch of pristine waters, magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways.

Heading south, locals and visitors alike love Peregian Beach for its laidback and chilled beachy vibe and its village square which is home to boutique stores, a host of restaurants, cafes and takeaways set under cool shady trees and its makers’ market held on the 1st and 3rd Sunday morning of each month.
