The Space:

When you arrive at this charming single-storey home, you’ll be greeted by a bright, open-plan living area that combines the kitchen and dining spaces. The air-conditioned lounge features a plush sofa and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats six and flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to make cooking away from home a breeze.



Step outside to the spacious backyard, an ideal spot for kids and dogs to run and play. The outdoor area includes a six-seater dining table and a BBQ for relaxed alfresco meals. You’ll also find a games room featuring a ping pong table, darts board, comfortable seating, and plenty of beach gear, including bikes, scooters, and boogie boards for fun-filled days by the ocean. Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): The lovely main bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed, air-conditioning unit and wardrobe cupboard.



Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan and wardrobe space.



Bedroom 3: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with two single beds, a desk, an air-conditioning unit and a wardrobe cupboard.



Bathroom 1: The main modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, bath, toilet, and vanity.



Bathroom 2: The second bathroom features a shower, vanity and toilet.



Laundry: Located in the garage, with a front loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park one car in the single garage and one on the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

Nestled in the peaceful Sunshine Coast suburb of Buddina, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just a short walk or cycle from the pristine sands of Buddina and Kawana Beach, it’s ideally located for those seeking a relaxed coastal holiday. Enjoy easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, and Kawana Shoppingworld, as well as kilometres of scenic walking and cycling tracks. A quick drive connects you to vibrant coastal destinations, explore the beaches of Kawana, head south to Caloundra, or north to Mooloolaba.

- Point Cartwright lighthouse and scenic hiking, La Balsa Park & Buddina Beach are a 6-minute drive

Getting Around:

It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 700m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for 2 dogs maximum - upon application, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
