Beachside Court is located only a 300 metre walk to Kings Beach through the park. Enjoy glimpses of the ocean from your sunny balcony and kitchen window or relax inside of this air-conditioned unit.

Unit 12 is an older-style unit, recently repainted, which will sleep up to 5 guests in a Queen, bunk bed & single bed. There is 1 bathroom with separate toilet (the bathroom is a shower over the bath). Other features include a TV, washing machine & dryer as well as ceiling fans in the lounge and master bedroom.

Unit 12 is located on the second floor with 18 steps. There is a single lock up garage as well as a pool area with shared BBQ facilities.

This complex is close by to a choice of dining-out options including the newly refurbished Tavern & the Met's Surf club. You are also only a short walk to the interactive water feature on the Kings Beach waterfront, childrens park and playground and the stunning coastal pathway walk.

Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $123 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
