The Space:
As you enter the apartment, you will be greeted by the beautifully styled and functional open-plan layout of the modern kitchen, dining and living room with the stunning view of the ocean and Pumicestone Passage as the backdrop. Relax in the coastal contemporary living room featuring a plush chaise sofa and two inviting occasional chairs, all while enjoying the large smart TV or the beautiful ocean views.
The apartment includes two, separate balcony areas, each of which promise a different stunning outlook. The balcony branching off the living room and master bedroom offers unreal views of the ocean, Pumicestone Passage and the Glass House Mountains with an alfresco setting to enjoy meals with a view. The balcony off the kitchen and bedroom 2/3 contains a comfortable seating area perfect for enjoying your morning cuppa with views of Kings Beach. The configuration of bedrooms and bathrooms are as follows:
Master Bedroom:
The beautiful master bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. Enjoy breathtaking views through both the window and the balcony sliding doors, adding an extra touch of luxury to your retreat.
Ensuite Bathroom:
The master ensuite is spacious and functional with a shower, bath, toilet and vanity, and provides sea views through the plantation shutters.
Bedroom Two:
The second bedroom is styled to perfection and features a queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan and opens out to the back balcony.
Bathroom Two:
Bathroom two is located next to bedroom two and features a shower, vanity and toilet.
Bedroom Three:
The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with a double/single bunk bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, an array of kids toys and opens out to the back balcony.

The apartment is located on the 11th floor, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with two underground car spaces in the secured garage. Guests can also take advantage of the complex recreational pool, spa, heated lap pool, tennis court, sauna, steam room, gym, media room and two BBQ areas.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is in the ultimate position to park your car and explore the area by foot. Just a few minutes stroll from the apartment is Bulcock Street, the bustling main street of Caloundra. With an array of restaurants, charming cafes, and eclectic shops, complemented by a Sunday morning market. Kings Beach is situated approximately 700m walk to the patrolled beach, surf club plus cafes and restaurants to enjoy. If you’re holidaying with the little ones, they will absolutely love the Kings Beach water fountains play area and beach pool on the foreshore.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The apartment is approximately a 300m walk to Bulcock Street/Moreton Parade where bus services operate to Kawana, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore (northbound) and to Caloundra Station.
Other Things to Note:
*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*
*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
