Being handicapped we did not go down into the basement to enjoy the amenities down there so cannot comment on that area of the house. The owners communicated and answered our questions in a very timely manner. The location of the house was centered in an area that gave us access to great places to see and eat. We will definitely come back here on our next visit. "
