If you're looking for a tranquil retreat with stunning views, this is the perfect spot! This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom waterfront 'cabin' offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway. While the house has been modernized, it still retains some of its original charm, including unique shelving and beautiful woodwork. The main level boasts an open concept living area filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, and breathtaking lake views. The dining table comfortably seats 8, and the spacious kitchen is ideal for gathering and entertaining. A large deck extends across the back of the house, with a portion screened in for bug free enjoyment. A newly added fire pit provides the perfect setting for cozy evenings under the stars.

Convenience is key, with parking under the carport just steps from the front door and additional level parking available. The main level includes four bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, one with a full, and a bunk room with full bunks and a fold out twin. One of the king bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities, while another full bathroom serves the remaining rooms.

Downstairs is designed for entertainment, with a second living area with a wet bar, pool table, and more stunning lake views. This level also includes another large bedroom with a king size bed and two futons in the living space for additional guests. Another expansive deck spans the length of the house, providing even more space to unwind and take in the scenery.

Bring your boat and personal watercraft to take advantage of the available boat slip (configured for a v-hull boat) in the private dock. The dock also includes two PWC lifts and a swim platform with ladder, perfect for swimming or simply lounging by the water. Located at the 29 mile marker of the Osage Arm, it makes for easy access to a variety of restaurants, both on and off the water! Bring your friends and family and experience the best of lake life! Please note: This house is monitored with external cameras. You can fit 5+ cars in the driveway. You can also park a trailer in the driveway.

We had a great week at the property. Everything was spacious and well-equipped. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The bunk room was a nice bonus for the kids in our group because it gave them their own space. The screened in porch was wonderful. We brought kayaks and were able to launch them from the dock. A note, it is roughly 60 stairs to get down to the lake. There are floor vents in the kitchen that are not fastened down that can be real trip hazards. If we find ourselves back in Lake of the Ozarks, we would definitely stay here again.

Fire the housekeeper, if you actually have one! In the 100 degree heat, two of us took turns vacuuming the screened in porch that was covered in dead bugs and debris. This was after we spent several mins unclogging the vac, as it was not working. That tells you how much vacuuming was done before we got there. Before we left, we made sure to vac again. Fresh towels were placed and the surfaces were wiped for appearance sake, but floors, bed linens and non-common traffic areas had clearly not been cleaned in ages, so we did it. So gross. Cobwebs everywhere! We had 13 people stay here for 5 nights and were left with 6 rolls of TP and about a half a roll of paper towels, so we had to go out and buy what we needed to get thru. The ramp to the boat dock is unsafe. The welding is separated on one side and there is nothing holding it together at all. That will one day be a disaster, if you don’t get that fixed. The boat dock is decent. The improvements to the yard with the fire pit and landscaping is nice, just too hot to use.The master shower is nice, but a little slick under foot, someone could easily fall. Might want to address ASAP. The grates on the kitchen floor are a broken ankle waiting to happen. They are oddly place and not screwed down. Everyone of us tripped over them. We were so afraid one of our littles was going to fall in the air duct and really get hurt. Really ignorant to not have fixed. Door handles are awful, so loud and impractical kept waking up the babies

Family vacation

We all showed up at different times Thurs and directions led us straight to the property! We had a blast as we all like to do diff things and house was large enough to accommodate everyone! Beautiful lake view!! Would highly recommend!!

Great home, rough waters

The home was absolutely beautiful as well as the views from the deck! We loved the house so much. The only issue was the tripping hazard of the floor vent covers in the kitchen. My 70 y/o mom and a few others got tripped up several times. We loved the privacy and watching the sunrise and sunset from the decks. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and plenty of room. This has nothing to do with the home but we were not expecting the lake to be so rough. We swam off the dock a few times but it was not easy or relaxing. We brought our boat and had a hard time with it due to the heavy weekend boat traffic. The boat slip with the lift was an absolute life/boat saver! Thank you for the use of it. We did eventually find a cove to anchor in so we could swim/relax and enjoy the water. We don’t pull a tube, but I bet for those who do, it would be fun.

The place was super clean and ready for us to check in early! The vent covers on the floor were a bit of a trip hazard and the bathroom doors were a little hard to open and close but over all an amazing place to stay!!

Great location and private

We really enjoyed our first trip to the LOTO. The house was beautiful and as advertised. Loved the private dock and ability to fish, swim, and boat without anyone close by. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 (6 adults, 6 kids). The pool table kept kids occupied when not swimming. Our only complaint was that the kitchen was not super well stocked. The necessities were there (plates, glasses, utensils, coffee maker), but for a large group hoping to cook all their meals, we had to get creative. The largest pot was not very large, but we were able to use the large Ninja InstaPot to cook noodles. There were no measuring spoons (we bought some and left them, so now there are!), or a can opener that we could find. But again, still a fantastic stay and we would definitely recommend!

Lake House Review

This place is awesome. Everyone I worked with on scheduling, AC issues and check out, is awesome. Overall our stay there, was awesome. They extended our stay, since the AC was out for a few hours when we first got there. Even the HVAC tech they sent out was awesome. He change the thermostat and we were back up and running within 2 to 3 hours of checking in. I guess if I had to describe our stay in one word, it would be….
