The house boasts a beautifully open main living area with an amazing kitchen and dining area. The saying that the kitchen is the heart of the home may seem cliche but this kitchen area is perfect for your group to gather to share stories over a meal. The lakeview living room is furnished with a sectional couch and large TV, and adjoins a spacious foyer with a skylight that opens up to the expansive back deck. There are three bedrooms on the main level. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a king bed and the third bedroom has a king and a queen bed. There is also a laundry room and three full bathrooms on this level.

Head upstairs where you will find another full bathroom, three more bedrooms and a great room fit for the kids with a couch, oversized beanbag chair, ping pong table and large TV. One of the bedrooms has a twin over full bunk. Another bedroom has two sets of twin bunks, two sets of twin over full bunks, and a twin trundle to accommodate 11 people. The other bedroom has 2 queen beds with a fun nook furnished with a sectional couch with pullout bed.

Go outside & relax on the massive back deck or down by the water on the lakeside patio and enjoy the amazing views of Lake of the Ozarks. Hang out all day on the private dock where you will have use of the kayaks and the water mat for tons of lake fun! You are welcome to put your boat in the 12' x 32 ' boat slip (no lift).
