The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was spotless. But, construction work started in the room next to us at around 7.45am the next morning. Why on earth would the staff allocate people to a room next to this? Really disappointing and it has put us off returning.

Absurd service redan från början trots att hotellet tydligt skriver att det finns restaurang som är öppen möte. Zman av en stängd restaurang och flera kilometer till närmsta matställe. Inbokning och dialog var komplicerad och när man väl går och lägger sig väck man mitt i natten utav andra gäster som kommer in på rummet då då tilldelat samma rum. Det här är Bail Fawlty towers nivå och det är tragiskt att se hur hotellet sb Lahr bort möjligheten att ge god service. Horribelt trots att hotellets läge är fantastiskt och det borde kunna funka bättre men man schabbla bort alla möjligheter till professionell agerande. Med 90 hotellnätter om året är detta nog bland det dummaste jag varit med Om

Ett perfekt hotell att övernatta på när man reser till fjällsemestern. Trevlig personal och mysig miljö. Håller på att restaureras upp vilket ger ett extra plus. Har bott här vid flera tillfällen och kommer att komma tillbaka.
