Vi fick jättefin hjälp av personalen när vi ville checka in tidigare. Personalen såg till att vi fick ett jättefint rum i den delen in mot gården då de samtidigt var en festival i stan samma helg. Det uppskattades verkligen! Jättefint bemötande av all personal ,både i receptionen , av dom som städade och i restaurangen. God frukost, bra barndel för barnen att leka på! Detta är fjärde gången jag och barnen kommer tillbaka så vi är super nöjda! Rekommenderas verkligen!

Helt greit hotell, gode senger og fantastisk frokost. Kjersti Rommet var litt trangt, selv om vi ikke hadde av de minste. Fin beliggenhet ift. sentrum. Litt smålig å ta 200 kr ekstra for å sjekke inn et par timer «for tidlig», når rommet likevel var ferdig rengjort.

Rent och snyggt. Trevlig lobby. Mysiga rum med sköna sängar. Väldigt kunnig och trevlig personal. Om jag återkommer till Sundsvall så väljer jag Scandic.

Hotellet i sig är absolut bra och har ett trevligt läge, trodde vi.. När vi skulle sova i värmen inser vi med öppet fönster att man hör nattklubben en bit bort som om man vore där inne.. extremt hög ljudvolym till 03, samt en drös fulla människor som högljutt traskar på utsidan hela natten. Inte ens med stängt fönster var man ostörd. I övrigt jättebra hotell.

Rummet var ganska slitet och det var inte ordentligt städat. Gamla chips under sängen, hår på badrummet från tidigare gäster. Lägre standard än andra Scandic hotell. Dyr parkering om man önskade inhägnat, i övrigt svårt med parkering pga inne i city. Hotellet saknade egen parkering. Frukosten var bra, trevlig personal och fräscht i restaurang och lobby.
