「Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager」
