"Seemed to be in a low housing building in a low lite area of town approx 20 mins from train. Was unable to enter room due to lock box open w/o key . Had to book a hotel 20 mins away by foot that thankfully was paid by expedia . Seems like a scam ."

"A lovely flat close to all the amenities and transport hubs in Sunderland. Only a 20min walk to the Stadium of Light if you are going to the football. There is a great curry house just next door and a Wetherspoon across the road for breakfast. "
