"Not bad, typical hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had to contact the desk right after check-in to have the sheets changed. Found hair and what appeared to be melted cheese on the sheets. They came right away and changed them and said they had recently hired some young people who were not very observant and apologized for the inconvenience. "

"Spearfish Canyon Lodge is a beautiful spot nestled along a rushing creek, waterfalls and many wildlife! Karen made our stay very enjoyable!"

"Clean, comfortable place. Fast, efficient check in process. Good coffee. Housekeeper goes above and beyond. One suggestion: leave a note with Zelle so that guests can leave housekeeper a tip, not everyone carries cash this days."

"One night couples stay. The amenities were great. There's a bar, shuttle to Deadwood. The place is old and a bit run down but it was fine to sleep for one night. Staff was kind and helpful. Cleanliness was 3 out of 5. While it was clean, it could have been better. There were stains on bedding that I could tell were washed but they had stains."
