장급 관광호텔?

엘리베이터부터 복도 룸에 이르기까지 곰팡이 냄새가 강렬합니다. 침대는 스프링쿠션감을 그대로 느낄 수 있구요, 에어컨 바람이 알굴에 직사됩니다.어메니티는 장급수준이고, 냉장고는 미지근한데다 비데는 물줄기가 따가울 정도 입니다. 특히 주변으로 식가당 등이 없는 것이 불편했네요.

가족여행이라 쿼드베드인 스위트룸에 묵었어요. 건물은 모텔느낌인데, 스위트룸은 방은 나름 깨끗하고, 넓고 좋아요. 담배냄새없습니다.

주변이 조용해서 좋았어요 사장님도 친절하시고 숙소도 깨끗했어요. 더 좋았던 것은 화장실과 샤워실이 따로 되어 있는게 좋았어요. 저희 가족 5명이 한꺼번에 화장실 사용할 때마다 시간이 걸렸는데 두 군데로 나뉘어 있으니 시간이 절약되어서 좋았어요. 일행이 많으시면 사용하시기 편할꺼예요

밤에 너무추워서 새벽에깨서 리셉션전화했더니 꺼져있어서 그냥 참고 자려다가 너무추워서 결국 1층에내려갔는데 보일러를 꺼두셨더라구요.더워서 껏다는데.. 얼어죽을뻔 했습니다.. 그리고 인원4명으로 결제했는데 가보니 2인요금이라고 현장 추가결제했습니다. 방은 컸는데 추웠습니다.

호텔이라고 생각하면 오산이고,,, 외각지역에 있는 모텔이라고 생각하시는게 속 편하실겁니다. 데스크에서 안내 받기까지 약 5분정도 걸린거 같고, 예약할때 금연방으로 예약했는데, 제가 예약한 방을 다른 사람들 드렸는지, 엄청 당황해 하시면서 흡연방으로 안내해주셨는데, 방바닥은 지금지금하고 바닥도 엄청 뜨거웠으며,, 너무 더워서 결국 에어컨 틀고 잤습니다. 그리고 전기코드가 제대로 마감 안된게 구석에 조금씩 보였습니다.

불친절함의 끝... 정말 비추 하는 숙소입니다.. 호텔 이라고 하면 안되는 곳인것 같아요

불친절함의 끝... 주차장이 부족하여 주차도 제대로 못 하고, 직원분인지 사장분인지 이 주차 문제를 해결할 의지도 생각도 없이 엄청 불친절하게 귀찮아하면서 알아서 하라고만 하고... 이름만 호텔이지 그냥 동네 모텔급 마인드에도 한참 부족한 마인드로 운영을 하시는군요.. 방 온도 조절도 방에서 개별로 못해서 아주 덥거나 아주 추울 수 밖에 없는 구조이고 보일러 조절이 있나 열어본 서랍장에 이상한 얼룩이 있어서 기분이 나빠졌네요.. 두번 다시 갈 생각이 들지 않고 그 이전까지 좋았던 순천에 대한 이미지까지 안 좋아졌네요..
