Sun Valley Adventure Condo

  • Come enjoy the beautiful adventure that awaits you here in Sun Valley. From winter sports to summer golf, mountain biking and music festivals (did we mention year-round ice-skating?) stay at this Elkhorn studio close to skiing, downtown and amenities.

    Things our guests love: heated underground parking spot, seasonal hot tub & pool, paid laundry down the hall, free shuttle pickup out front to get around the valley, fully equipped to cook, new "Purple" mattress, etc.
    The space
    This is a second story unit in beautiful Elkhorn village. With a brand new queen sized "Purple" mattress, unit sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen sized bed. We personally bring our toddler and dog, but it gets tight. :)

    Stay in and use kitchen to cook or choose to leave the low maintenance condo for a fun night out.
    Guest access
    Keypad on door for seamless entry. We will send you the code prior to check in on the day of check in.

    Access to (2) hot tubs, (2) pools and sauna during on season. One of the sites within 500ft/walking distance of unit, the other within 1 mile if wanting something different. Typical summer season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day for amenities. Winter season is typically based on the ski hill being open which is sometime after Thanksgiving up until the end of March. Ask for more details. We have to capture all names of guests to put you on the guest list for use.
    Other things to note
    We love our home for the coziness and easy access to all the adventure and fun available in this beautiful valley.

    If you’re only accustomed to hotel living, staying in someone else’s home like our unit may not be the right place for you. This is a small, cozy unit great for a couple.

    You’ll notice by our reviews, amenities, and pictures- we are very responsive, have plenty of household items to stay in - along with trail maps and books to plan your adventure, instructions for use etc. We pride ourselves on getting to share something very special to us with others and work hard to provide everything we can for your comfortable stay. We hope that you’re looking forward to a great experience in Sun Valley!

    -This is a second floor unit.

This is a lovely condo for 2. It perfectly met our needs including our dog. Our stay was short, so we were unable to take advantage of all it has to offer. We will definitely try to book our next visit here!!

Awesome condo for 2 adults and a small dog. The condo has everything you need, super clean, covered parking, steps to the Elkhorn Springs bus stop. We will be back!

Perfect spot for a cozy getaway

We loved the location of this cute studio condo! Close by to all activities but felt very quiet and private. The fireplace made it extra cozy and the heated garage parking was a plus!

Super expensive for what you get.. Stains on the walls and ceiling. Stained towels. Ripped/low quality linens SUPER hot inside with no option to adjust temperature. Thin walls so we heard everything (including the neighbors upstairs partying until 4am) Little to no walkability in the summer (everything is a mile or longer) Super low quality place for the expensive price. Just get a hotel around the area instead.

Sun Valley ski trip

Great location using public transit to the mountain was convenient. After skiing hot tub and steam room were relaxing. Underground parking and gas fireplace plus. Small studio unit perfect for a couple.

Great getaway condo

We stayed at Brady's place with our two dogs. It was a great little condo and perfect for our needs. Kitchen is surprisingly well equipped for a small place, and bed was great. We stayed during a hot (90-95F) week and although there was no A/C, place stayed cool as the windows face north.

Elkhorn Condo Sun Valley Idaho

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed and comfortable condo during our ski trip in Sun Valley. This place has the perfect amount of room for two people, and all amenities required to enjoy the comforts of home, as well as access to hot tub and saunas. The bed was extremely comfortable, and having a gas powered fireplace in the room was a bonus! Free public transit stop is located right outside of the building. All-in-all this is a great spot to stay for location and serenity. We look forward to staying at Brady’s condo again.

Adorable and quiet!

Quick trip to SV for a wedding and this was perfect! This little gem is tucked away in a quiet location. Beautiful views surround the condo village. Parking is provided, which is a plus, as anyone that's been to SV knows, can be difficult. Communication with the owner was top notch! Had a slight hiccup when we got to the property but the owners had it fixed within a few minutes. Perfect condo if you're going to be on slopes up north!

Just what the doctor ordered

Elkhorn is a great community with all the amenities you could want. Very dog friendly which makes it easy to bring your fur baby along on your trip. The condo has all of the essentials and was super clean and tidy. It is small but was just perfect for my husband and I and our dog. We spent most of our time out and about but we’re very comfortable when we were at the condo. The complex is quiet and super close to SV and Ketchum, lots of bike/walk paths to get around and a free shuttle bus right by the condo to make it super easy to get around and not worry about parking! We LOVED our time there. My only feedback is that the shower head is very low, my husband who’s is 6’1 had to really duck to get under it to shower. I’m 5’7 and had to do a little ducking myself. With that said, nothing is perfect and we lived our stay!
