  • Welcome to Timberline #50 by 3 Peaks Rentals, a cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo complete with air conditioning for summer comfort. This charming retreat boasts a BBQ, fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen. Unwind on the balcony with stunning views of Mt. Morrisey, then relax in the cozy living area after a day on the hill. With its prime location just minutes from the village, it's the perfect mountain getaway.

    - 5 minutes/ 350m walk to the main village
    - Ski- in: Take the Gentle Giant
    - Ski- out: Walk through the playing field and join the Gentle Giant down to the Sundance and Sunburst Chairlifts

Great stay

My family of 4 had a great stay at Sun Peaks. The kids loved the bunk beds. It's a convenient 5 minute walk (in boots and gear) to the ski runs, no need to drive and park. The condo has everything you need, very well-equipped. Nice, cozy and clean.

Wonderful stay in Sun Peaks

Had a lovely week in Sun Peaks. Apartment was perfect for our family, extremely well-equipped and well located for the town and slopes. Very much hope to have the opportunity to return. Thank you

We had a great stay. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Easy, quick walk to the village and lift lines. Hosts were wonderful, condo was really clean. We stayed for a month and it was a home away from home. I will say though, that there was a lot of noise that came down from families renting above if they were loud and inconsiderate.

We actually didn’t stay, as the property manager called us earlier in the day as a key appliance wasn’t working, and had booked us into another suite which was lovely. So I can’t comment on this place myself, but the property managers were exceptional in their service - they are thorough and conscientious.

A great spot for our family

We loved having an excellent location and a great space for our family for our Sun Peaks trip. The cupboards were well stocked with the basics like oil and the appliances were in good shape so it made it really enjoyable to be there.

Close, Convenient, Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The suite felt spacious and comfy for a family of four--we were even able to host friends for dinner who were staying at a neighboring complex. The unit is very easy to ski into-- skiing out takes a wee bit more work, but we appreciated how close the complex was to shops and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again.
