"Came around 1 am to check in. Clerk was easily accessible and check in was fast. Room was ready to go. No complains "

"We discover human hair on bed sheets as well as blood spots. I reserved two and had the front desk attendant cancel my reservations, I requested a full refund of the money charged on my card. The desk attendant went on his computer and and assured me I would receive a full refund. Currently waiting for the refund to reflect on my charge card."
