"The airport shuttle was great"

"Hotel was a relatively clean place to sleep and cleaning staff were pleasant. Physical condition of hotel needs work. Our key cards needed to be reset 4-5 different times because they randomly got demagnetized. Door to our room was physically difficult to open. Outdoor access door was supposed to be a card key entry, but they did not actually lock. Anyone could open the door from the outside. Front door staff were not attentive, carried on side conversations while checking us in and did not effectively address our key card concerns. "

"The staff was kind the property outside was not bad. I did not have housekeeping for four days that I was there and had to ask for towels besides that not a bad place for the price."

"Parking was terrible, there was screws and material everywhere due to construction, the hallways and common areas are ran down. Hot tub jets were out of order. The room was decent and clean."
