Boasting direct canal access by way of a private dock, this waterfront retreat also features a tropical outdoor area and recent home upgrades including an all-new kitchen and primary bathroom. A fully screened-in lanai offers a breezy perch to start your day with a cup of coffee or cap it off with a cold drink. Local charter services and great dining options can be found between Upper Sugarloaf and Little Torch Keys. Key West is just over a 20-mile drive from the house.

The home features a stilted interior with an open-concept layout designed with group gatherings in mind. Updated kitchen appliances are equipped to help you whip up island-inspired creations. Large smart TVs are equipped in the living room and each bedroom for flexible home entertainment.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
