Nice for the price.

This place was nice and came as advertised. Location is solid and near a few good restaurants and bars. It could have been a little cleaner but overall was in good shape. Would stay again. Price is good for what you get.

Winter getaway

Property was exaxtly as described. Could use some updating, but everything was clean and functioning. The house was plenty spacious, but we did spend most of out time on the deck. Wouod stay again!

Great place to get away. House and property were nice. If your bring a boat, you have to watch the tides. Flats or a smaller bay boat will be fine. Had a 21 foot center console. Low tide you just have to take it slow out to the channel. Great options for docking your boat. A lot of space for boat trailers. Location of property is nicely situated.

The stay..

Cudjoe Key is a great place that is centrally located to all attractions north and south. The location of this property is ideal in our bookThe property itself is in need of a great deal of maintenance and upgrades, but the beds are clean, and the water is hot.It was adequate for our boy's trip but likely would not rent again.As always: be sure to ask for all house/rental rules before booking.

Great Location

My family of 5 stayed at this place for 3 nights. It is very convenient to Key West and Big Pine Key for the activities we participated in. Easy check-in and great communication with owner. The only issue was the house we stayed in could use a little updating--one example was the peeling wallpaper and old-looking/poorly cut moulding in places. That said, we would definitely stay there again. It was a good place for the whole family.

Great location

The house was old and in need of some up dates. The furniture was in poor condition, the mattress needs to be replaced in all bedrooms. The patio was a mess but with that said the price we paid for that location was great. With all the homes we’ve rented this was in the worst condition but we made it work.

Key vacation

The cottage was located in a prime area of the keys. Close to many restaurants and bait shops. The cottage could use some dusting around the top of cabinets and lights. But lets be honest you come come to the Florida Keys to stay in the room.

Great location on the keys

Definitely need to update the property. Day to day cleanliness was good but many burnt out light bulbs or mismatched bulbs. A coat of paint and updated furniture would help. House A has no view of the water and may have chosen a different place in the complex if i had known. Pool was well taken care of and lots of privacy by the home. Convenient to Key west and lots of good local restaurant choices. Beds were very comfortable.

Nice stay

The property was nice the housewas ok could be a little cleaner but overall not bad. The manager when we i messaged her about a few questions seemed like i was bothering her. When someone is spending money on something you should respond in a kind manner and not just" Did you look at the map" other than that a good stay.

Basic Needs

This property was not in good shape. The front door had duct tape and big gaps along the bottom, missing basic kitchen utensils, faucets leaked in both bedrooms, hair on sheets, hair all over the furniture. The AC worked well as did the washer and dryer. The location was wonderful.

Needs a little TLC

Nice, comfortable house that needs a little TLC to be a great vacation spot. Exhaust fans didn't work in either bathroom, ceiling fan in bedroom closest to kitchen is unbalanced and very noisy at any speed. Tub faucet in hall bathroom dripped constantly. Gas grill was totally rusted out and missing controls. On the plus side, all beds were good, comfortable living room furniture with plenty of room to spread out. Great parking for our truck and trailer next to the house.

Great Location!

The house was just somewhere for us to congregate and lay our head at night. Nothing fancy, but it did the job. Location is fabulous. Spent a lot of time at Bahia Honda, little duck had a beautiful little private beach and of course the infamous Key West. Spent half a day at the pool, but other than that we did not use much of what the property offered such as the grill, the docks, etc. Kitchen is extremely limited on supplies for cooking. So try and keep it simple. Comfortable stay.

Family vacation

Nice location, the pool was quiet and relaxing. The cottage was decent could use some updating, the fridge didn’t work well and had no shelves, needs new mattresses you rolled to the center of the bed. No blinds or curtain on slider door. By the photos it looks like you can dock put in your boat in the water on property but when we arrived we couldn’t. We had to dock boat at the marina.Overall was a good stay .other than a few little things and some maintenance can fix.

Key west getaway

This is the first time vrbo has steered me wrong. The property manager was wonderful and quick to respond.. the location was perfect to key west but we had no boat parking available... you could use the marina but we rented that property strictly for the boat. The biggest issue is the condition of the house. That goes on the owner. Severly outdated and no maintenance makes for a very undesirable unit. Calling someone could not fix years of disrepair so it wasn't worth the call. The cleaner did what they could but you can't clean the issues this place has. It needs major renovation and will not be a return visit for us
