This is a crystal clear canal front residence with direct open water access to the Gulf and Atlantic Ocean. Bring your boat/jetski and dock in front of the Tiki Hut in front of the home. The boat ramp is less than a mile from "da lobster shack". This cozy space features 2 brand new queen beds in the bedrooms and 1 brand new full bed pull out couch in the living room. With brand new AC to keep you cool and a refreshing shower in the bathroom, guests will feel right at home. There is a brand new 86 inch TV in the living room and 2 brand new 55 in TVs in the bedrooms. All brand new appliances including gas stove/oven, microwave (4 in one), fridge and freezer, ice maker, Capresso coffee and capachino maker, Keurig, washer/gas dryer. Additional fridge/freezer outside for additional refreshments and or frozen bait. Built in brand new propane grill. (no need for a tank, just turn on).
