very convenient location, quiet, has small balcony.

Bathroom handheld shower bar slips, shower booth floor slippery, no hair conditioner, no body lotion.
Online contact is friendly and efficient, in person not so much, most are too busy to exchange pleasantries
A bit overpriced for North American standards, but Nice is expensive in general. You get what you pay.
