「Very smiling and polite staff」

「Stay 2night 3days at this hotel. Room is clean and furniture is made by real wood which feel so comfortable. Bathroom is very clean also and hav a beautiful bathtub. Room interior is very nice. Feels like u have a very nice second house. Breakfast is amazing and eat at garden view restaurant. Fresh Indonesian fruits also taste & looks very good. Dinner, they can give me the choice spicy level. So, I was fully satisfied. 」

「This hotel is just one year old. It is in a beautiful location even for a weekend getaway from Jakarta. The hotel is very well managed and the staff is excellent. I ordered room service a few times and the food and preparation was really excellent. I was pleasantly surprised in all aspects.」

「Front desk staffs could not confirm my payment completion because Expedia had not informed that I have already paid by credit card. They need the confirmation but in vain. We spent more than 1.5 hour at the frontdesk for check-in. Finally I had to agree to pay a deposit till the payment is confirmed. What is worse, it happened on not only me but my colleague.
