「Check-in was confusing and daunting. When I arrived in early evening, the front door was locked and the desk area was completely dark. Eventually, we went around back to look for humans, and some guests were playing ping pong and said the lady had been seen around earlier. 「When I arrived I asked for assistance in getting my bags out of my car. They were there locked split. Next morning - the same thing- in no time flat they came up to my room to assist me. I might add that I have to use a cane to ambulate. Everything was very clean. The staff was very helpful...」

「非常に良かったです。」

「I have been to this place 20 years ago. It is still a great place to eat and stay. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. If able, please try to get a central microwave for the hallways or for guest use downstairs. Breakfast was very good!」

They apologized and tried to negotiate with the hotel staff, but we were charged for the night. Beware!」

「The staff was fantastic and friendly. The café was great. My only complaint is that the desk closed at 4:30 or 5, which was a little inconvenient. But our overall stay was very nice.」

「街の中心近くとても便利！」

「Had a negative check-in experience. Rooms are supposed to be available for check-in from 15:00. I arrived at 16:15 and was told the room wasn't ready yet and was asked to wait 30 minutes. After checking in and getting the room, everything was fine. The room is a good option for a short term visit or TDY.」
