「The staff was so friendly and picked me up from the airport. However, there is a roach infestation! A very serious one. It made it difficult to feel comfortable. 」

「Little bit expensive compared to what you get. Water occasionally stops. But you get clean beddings. Staffs are nice.」

「Good medium pension. People are very friendly. You can use the kitchen to cook. They prepare coffee (buna) and thee ( shay) for everybody. If you need a service out of the pension, they can assist you. 」

「The main problem was that the property is not situated in that bustling area as showed on the map. Consequently, I had to take an extra taxi and make extra costs to find out that guest house is in poor residential area near the Somalian embassy.」

「The address and the location on the map don't fit. Tried to find it with the map location, not existing. The telephone number was also wrong, we gave up. All telephone numbers are wrong, one is +254 which is not Ethiopia, the Ethiopian number is a private number which has nothing to do with the hotel. I never saw this hotel. I hope no money was booked from my credit card.」

「The location is central, near the AU HQ, the personnel is very welcoming and very courteous. The premises are very clean. On the downside there is no option for breakfast. Though they do offer a good coffee 」

「I contacted the hotel in middle of the night to arrange airport transfer. They replied within 5 minutes & that gave me confidence that they look after their guests. Room was was spacious, nice and cleaned daily. I requested a room change and this was done without hesitation. I reported minor damage to a floor tile & this was repaired within 30 minutes & checked by Mr Sirak. Very efficient. The hotel is in Bole region, in South Gate Plaza.
