The Space The apartment spans two levels and combines the charm of the past with modern comfort. On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway with direct access to the garden, a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen-dining area, and a living room-study perfect for working or relaxing. On the first floor, you’ll find a bright double bedroom with a private bathroom, and in the adjacent room, a comfortable double sofa bed, a laundry room, and a balcony overlooking the garden and the Church of the Annunciation. The top floor can be reached either via an internal wooden staircase or by a convenient elevator located in the building’s entrance hall.
Guest Access Guests have exclusive access to the patio, perfect for relaxing or enjoying an aperitif outdoors. The garden is at their disposal: a green oasis with a cozy little cottage equipped with a kitchen and bathroom, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in complete privacy. To complete the experience, there’s a barbecue for outdoor grilling, an elegant gazebo with a table and chairs, comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, and a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Everything is designed to offer comfort, privacy, and an unforgettable stay.
Other things to keep in mind We also live in the building, on the floor above the apartment, and are always available if you need anything. We have a Sharpei dog: he’s very friendly, calm, and used to being around everyone, especially children. He occasionally comes down to the garden. If you’re afraid of dogs or think his presence might make you uncomfortable, please let us know in advance—we’ll definitely find a solution.
We use the garden discreetly, mainly for tending to the plants and doing minor maintenance tasks.
