  • Looking for nature and absolute calm for your holidays?
    Ideally located 1 kilometer from the castle of Sully, 5 minutes from Epinac (for local shops) and 15 minutes from Autun, the house is a real haven of peace where you will wake up to the crowing of the rooster and the sound of the church tower.
    It is also well positioned for bike rides as it is surrounded by green trails that will make you discover Burgundy in the best possible way!

    In the immediate vicinity of the Château de Sully (1 km)
    20 minutes from Autun, a city steeped in history with its magnificent cathedral, its superb Roman theatre, its beautiful lake ideal for fishing and walking and its 18-hole golf course.
    20 minutes from Château Marguerite "Château de couches"
    40 minutes from Beaune (famous for its hospices)
    30 minutes from the wine route (Meursault, Nuit St Georges, Chassagne-Montrachet, Santenay, Aloxe-Corton...)
    1h30 from the LE PAL amusement park
    The house is located 35 minutes from the Montchanin train station which serves TGV trains every day from Lyon (40 min ride) and Paris (1 hour ride)

    The house is on 2 levels.
    There are 8 very easy steps to access the first floor which consists of a beautiful living area with a large table for 8 people, a new fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, fondue set, raclette set, magimix, toaster) as well as a bathroom with toilet.
    The living room is equipped with a TV with Netflix access (with your credentials) and a sofa.
    Upstairs, the sleeping area is served by a master suite (about 40 m²) with TV and shower room, a 2nd bedroom with a 180 cm bed, a 90 cm bed and a bed for children (up to 5 years old).
    The washing machine, dryer, freezer as well as a 2nd fridge, bicycles (one for children and one for older adults), a Weber barbecue and a complete baby equipment (if necessary) are located in the cellar.
    Outside, there is a lunch table for 8 people and 4 sunbeds for reading, taking a nap or chatting.
    There is also a beautiful green area for children.
    There are many toys for children from 6 months to 10 years old, drawing activities, board games and several card games.
    Books are available for young and old!
    Bed linen and towels are provided in the price and beds will be made on arrival.

Charmantes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vor allem unsere Kinder waren sehr glücklich darüber, dass es einen großen Garten gab. Die Kühe auf der Nachbarweide haben jeden Tag sehr interessiert zu uns rüber geschaut. Zum Einkaufen musste man ein paar Kilometer mit dem Auto fahren, dafür ist das Schloss aber fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

Belle maison au calme

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette charmante maison à la campagne. La propriété est située dans un endroit calme, parfait pour une escapade reposante. La maison est chaleureuse, propre et très bien équipée avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin pour un séjour confortable.La maison est un excellent point de départ pour de nombreuses excursions et découvertes touristiques dans la région. Nous avons exploré la route des vins, visité des domaines viticoles et découvert de magnifiques châteaux.Que vous recherchiez un endroit paisible pour vous reposer ou une base idéale pour explorer la région, c’est l’endroit parfait.Un grand merci aux propriétaires d’avoir partagé cette belle maison avec nous.

Vacances au top !

La maison est vraiment belle et très agréable. Tout le nécessaire est fourni pour que vous passiez de bonnes vacances. Si vous venez en famille avec des enfants, même en bas âge, tout vous sera fourni (chaise haute, baignoire, jouets, lit,...) ! La propriétaire et disponible et aux petits soins. la région est très sympa et les possibilités de visites sont nombreuses. Le jardin et la grande salle de séjour permettent d'accueillir du monde pour déjeuner ou dîner. Nous avons passé de très bonne vacances dans cette belle maison que je recommande fortement.

Ruhe in ländlicher Umgebung

Mein Mann und ich fanden es schön, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag zum Haus zurückzukommen. Man hat nachts nichts gehört und konnte wunderbar schlafen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet reichlich Platz. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wenn man unterwegs ist, muss man sich im Supermarkt mit Lebensmitteln eindecken, da es in direkter Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt. Für uns war es kein Problem. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

belle maison dans une belle région

La maison est très spacieuse, soignée et très bien meublée. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles pour rendre votre séjour ou vos vacances très agréables. La cuisine est bien équipée et il y a un lave-linge. Les salles de bains disposent d'une agréable douche et la salle de bain de la chambre principale est très spacieuse. La présence d'un deuxième WC (séparé) est également agréable. La maison est magnifiquement située surplombant la vallée et à proximité de Sully. Malheureusement, il y a peu ou pas de magasins là-bas, mais il y en a beaucoup à seulement quinze minutes de route, à Autun. Pour nous, cette maison offrait tout ce que nous souhaitions et nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances.

La douce France!

A very rural French house that holds a beautiful home on the inside. Fully equiped kitchen, high end quality goods, really everything is present! All rooms are very spacious, the master bedroom includes a beautiful bathroom, good working shower, bed is of excellent quality! Outside you can enjoy both terrace as well as garden, friendly cows are your neighbours. This house is a home, the area is so peacefull and quiet, situated perfectly for all kinds of activities: hiking, cycling, lots of chateau’s, amazing scenery!
