"This a good choice for anyone needing to be in central Camberley for any reason. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. If needed- there is parking and a nearby Heathrow airport service for only 2pounds one way. Furnishing need an update but it was a good choice for me."

"My sincere thank you to Marissa for her amazing commitment to customer service. Due to an imminent Air Canada flight attendant strike in Canada, we were unable to use our original non-refundable hotel reservation date at Novotel and had to rebook with new dates, in effect having to pay twice. I contacted my original booking agent, Hotel.ca, numerous times not to get a refund, because we knew it was not possible, but rather a modification of our dates given the extenuating circumstances but there was no relief. Upon our arrival at Novotel, I spoke with Marissa who immediately helped us. She contacted the booking agent directly to facilitate the modification of dates on her end and approve the special waiver. Marissa was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made it happen. Once again, thank you Marissa for your compassion."
