The beautiful villa Sunflower is located in Sukošan, near the city of Zadar. The villa was built in a contemporary style in 2025 and offers 135 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is as much as 900 m2. It is fully air-conditioned and offers accommodation for a maximum of 8, and optimally 6 people. On the upper floor you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 of which have an en suite bathroom with a shower. As additional facilities, you can use a washing machine, iron and 1 separate toilet. An additional two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with 6 seats. An ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with your favorite movies is the living room with a sofa and TV.
The outdoor terrace contains a 32 m2 swimming pool, 1.5 meters deep, with 6 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a seating area. Children will be delighted and entertained by 2 swings and a slide.
The villa is completely fenced and offers 5 private parking spaces.
