Good hotel, but could use better customer service

The hotel was good, but the customer service could use some help. There was no designated person for the hotel above the restaurant. It was annoying having to bother the waiters to ask for things like wifi or more towels and they usually didn't know what was going on. The rooms are nice with plenty of space and had a view of the water.

Hotel nuovissimi davanti al mare con annesso ottimo ristorante. Colazione a buffet basica. Il titolare è stato molto gentile a consentire un check out oltre l’ora prevista.

Super séjour , super accueil . Très disponible et souriant. Le lieu est propre ,la chambre agréable avec une superbe terrasse et une superbe vue.le seul bémol c est la circulation mais la chambre étant équipé de la clim et du double vitrage ça passe. Le restaurant est très bon également et pour toute les bourses

Die Zimmer sind alle frisch renoviert und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. An den ersten 2 Tagen ging unsere Klimaanlage nich. Nach unserer Beschwerde würde sie jedoch einen Tag später ausgetauscht. Das Frühstücksbüffet inkl. Kaffee war schnell alle und wurde nicht immer wieder aufgefüllt.. Alles in allem waren es aber schöne Tage dort und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Super hotel mit guter Gastronomie

Das hotel liegt direkt am Strand, nur durch eine Straße getrennt. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich, je nach Lage. Es gibt welche mit Dachterrasse, mit Balkon und auch ohne. Die Gastronomie ist super, der Service auch.

Convenient location, but the restaurant downstairs gets busy and leaves no parking for hotel guests. The air conditioner barely worked and puffed out a strong musty smell. Bathroom was newly remodeled and fantastic. Check out was a hastle because the hotel, inexplicably, didn't take credit cards.

Esternamente si presenta bene ma le camere sono ristrutturate parzialmente, il bagno anni 80 aveva il bidè ma non era funzionante. Forniti solo asciugamani niente doccia schiuma. Sapone con dispenser a muro. Camera spaziosa e pulita ma solo con luce centrale niente luci su comodini. Niente appendi abiti o appendi panni esterni all'armadio. Frigo in stanza ok. Colazione molto scarsa: solo uova e affettati con peperoni e cetrioli. Solo mini croissant vuoti niente tost niente torte o altri alimenti dolci con cappuccino e caffè solo a pagamento.

No es un hotel en si mismo. Las habitaciones son amplias y todo nuevo excepto el cuarto de baño que está para tirarlo. Está en la carretera.que lleva a Zadar. No cobran con tarjeta. Muy bien la terraza.

niet echt vriendelijke mensen, last gehad van stank op de kamer en een vervelend zoom geluid. Ontbijt kan vele beter. Als ze wat meer hun best zouden doen, kan dit een fantastische pension zijn.

Leider führt vor dem Haus eine sehr stark befahrene Straße entlang. Selbst in der Nacht kann man vor Lärm nich mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen. Das Personal machte einen sehr lustlosen Eindruck,der Chef war ständig abgelenkt, so das er am Abreisetag unser versprochenes Lunchpaket vergessen hat. Der Zimmerservice bestand nur aus dem täglichen Handtuchwechsel,die teilweise kaputt waren.Toilettenpapier haben wir selbst besorgt. Ein Gutes gibt es zu berichten.Die Küche war vorzüglich.

Good hotel, pity about road noise

Hotel was very good, excellent breakfast BUT keep the windows closed and air conditioning on if you want to be able to sleep. Hotel is on main road which is a real shame as room good with large balcony. Slightly over priced.

Umgebaut, jetzt mit Restaurant

Haus hat nach großem Umbau deutlich gewonnen. Es gibt jetzt Frühstücksbuffet und ein gutes Restaurant. Wenn die Startprobleme beseitigt sind, kann man es bei den Preiesen unbedingt empfehlen. Man sollte aber mit den kleinen Mängeln, die im Süden halt üblich sind, immer wieder rechnen. Die Straßengeräusche sind vor allem tagsüber deutlich zu hören, Nachts ist es akzeptabel. Zur Marina kann man zu Fuß gehen und als Alternative gibt es weitere Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Essen im Haus ist aber gut und preiswert.

Bra hotell nära flygplatsen

Vi brukar bo här när vi har tidig flygavgång. De höll på att färdigställa restaurang på bottenvåningen vilket kommer att göra det bekvämt om man inte vill gå iväg för att äta. Badrummet inte modernt men fullt funktionellt. Vi hade en stor balkong och pentry.

Beautiful and clean hotel

Great place to stay for few nights. Nice parking, close to the beach, very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Close to bus stop to town.
