「事前にホテルにメッセージを送信したところ、予約がはいっていないとの、メールがあった。Expediaのサイト上、予約になっているので2回問い合わせても返信なく、こちらから、Expediaのアンケートサイトから連絡して、確認を図ってもらったようだ。　観光地とはいえ部屋は綺麗とは言えず、コーヒーメーカーは床に置かないとコンセントにつながらず、非常に使いにくいテーブルと椅子があるだけだった。wifiありということだったがネットは完全に使えなかった。」

「I feel that the kitchen and cottage ammentites were sub par to par. Surprised that traveling guests are expected to bring, paper plates, paper towels/ napkins, salt/pepper, toilet paper. For the price of the property, I expected the above items to be provided and I was also surprised to see broken window shades, leaky stained ceilings, rotted wood trim inside and out, remote with a broken back piece, cheap wooden/ wicker furniture. The picture of the cottage we were renting showed...

「Wonderful waterfront property with private beach, multiple piers, paddle boards, kayaks, laundry and a great continental breakfast; plus cookies, lemonade and coffee in the afternoon! Great loation at the top of the lower Keys. We'll be back, all the way from Seattle.」

「The “private beach” was unclean and small. The public beach was better and cleaner. Nothing to do around the area. The room we got did not had beach view. When asked for it they told us that because the bought via Expedia, that they can not move us to a beach view. I’m realizing that they treat people different when they see the package is bought through expedía」

「客室は清潔で綺麗でした。プールやバスタブがありゆっくり家族と過ごせました。残念なのは部屋の場所によりますが、ランドリー施設の近くだったので夜中まで洗濯機や乾燥機の音がうるさかったです。」
