Built in the early 19th century on the site of an ancient Roman settlement, later occupied by the Lombards, Villa La Ginestra is a charming stone villa surrounded by extensive grounds on the slopes of a wooded hill, which belong to the Villa and are ideal for short, refreshing walks. In the large garden, there is an outdoor dining area just outside the kitchen, a relaxation area with a barbecue, and another table for dining by the lovely swimming pool, complete with a small sunbathing area. You will be just 10 km from the centre of Arezzo and very close to many of Tuscany’s most beautiful villages and attractions; there is ample private parking in front of the main entrance.
