「Our room was missing a bed side lamp, the shower was leaking water into the main room, parts of the floor were chipped, curtains were dirty, and the AC/Heater unit didn’t work. When we went to check out, the door to the reception was locked and we were forced to just drop our room key in a box. We never saw any staff during our stay other than when they barged into our room 45 minutes before checkout asking to clean it. Only reason I did not give it one star was the late check in (self check in)...
