Niemals mehr wieder

Check In war kompliziert da die Buchung angeblich nicht ans Hotel weitergeleitet wurde! Die Frau an der Rezeption war bemüht! Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, aber das geht viel besser! Schimmel in der Dusche Spinnennetz an der Decke. Die Flasche Wasser das angepriesen wurde war nicht im Zimmer! Frühstück ist klein aber es war ok, gekochtes Ei gab es auf Anfrage und das sogar binnen 2 Minuten! Die Bettdecke war unter dem Bezug mit Flecken.

We hadden een familie kamer. Op zich heel goed, maar het stonk er enorm naar sigaretten. Alsof dit de enige kamer was waar gerookt mocht worden. We kwamen pas laat aan op de accommodatie en hadden de puf niet meer om te reclameren. We waren moe en wilden alleen nog maar slapen. Het was de tweede keer dat we hier waren, maar nu gaan we hier niet meer naartoe. In het Duits zeg je hier Schade tegen. Helaas! Dit was ons geld niet waard!

Que dire🙁

Notre séjour était bien,par contre à l'arrivée j'aurais aimer qu'on m'explique d'avantage comment avoir la clé sachant qu'il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, il y avait beaucoup de poussière dans la chambre,lits pas confortables,pas beaucoup de places pour se garer (on repart avec une amende pour stationnement)....les seuls bon point c'est le petit déjeuner et la proximité à la ville et aux commerce en voiture.

Personal an der Rezeption nicht bemüht Beschwerden ernst zu nehmen, keine kompetenten Aussagen. Frühstück wurde am Feiertag für alle Hotelgäste gestrichen. Zimmer in desolaten Zustand, Matratze auf dem Boden, defekte Heizkörper die sich nicht regeln lassen,kaputte Steckdosen und Starkstrom Anschlüsse offen für Kinder zugänglich. Toiletten Rille gebrochen....

Hotel für maximal eine Übernachtung.

Service sehr schlecht. War als erster und einziger im Frühstücksraum. Habe nach Eiern gefragt! Antwort: Sind noch am kochen. Nach 15 Minuten frage ich erneut nach den Eiern, ... nach 25 Minuten werden sie schließlich gebracht. Never again.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht und würde nicht noch einmal dort buchen. Die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig ( Haare in der Dusche vom Vorgänger ). Der Kaffee schmeckte jeden Tag anders, 1 x gut 3 x nicht so gut. Im Hotel und der Umgebung kann man Abends nicht essen. Das Frühstück war bis auf den Kaffee ok. Die Getränkepreise im Hotel sind deutlich zu hoch. Ein Pils 0,33 L für 3.80 €. Der Ventilator auf dem Zimmer war sehr hilfreich.

Hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Das Bad war allerdings fast neu und sehr sauber. Frühstück in Ordnung, Personal sehr nett. Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig an 2 Stadtbahnstationen (ca. 15 Min. zum Hbf).

You get what you pay for

I wanted a hotel that was close to the Porsche Museum. This hotel met that need and was close. However, the hotel was in the middle of a neighborhood and parking was difficult to find in the streets. Breakfast was good, we were able to sleep, and the price was right for the type of hotel quality that it was. I fully understand that you get what you pay for. It suited our needs, but I wouldn't stay there again, because there was no air conditioning and we happened to be there at one of the hottest weeks on record in Germany.

Es gab wegen angeblicher Bauarbeiten an einem Nachbargrundstück nur kaltes und trübes (leicht bräunliches) Wasser. Beim Einchecken wurde ich nicht darüber informiert. Wies beim Auschecken darauf hin, da gab es keine Entschuldigung, nur die lapidare Erklärung. WLAN mit ständigen Aussetzern.
