Great hotel with good location.

Super great hotel in an area super quiet. Relatively close to Nekartor metro stop. Staff super friendly and helpful.

A nice little hotel within walking distance of the main train station up the hill through the park. For the price the room was spacious, decent Tv, the wi-fi was excellent and the bed comfortable. If you arrive at night you have to check in and collect keys by yourself, it is quite complicated but I managed it in the end. In the morning the staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again If i visit Stuttgart again.

The worst experience

It is one of the worst stays we have had, bad service, bad hygiene and 0 diligent people in the hotel. I would never come back, and I do not recommend the hotel.

Cracking hotel for the price and door a single traveller. One big issue, all information says that check-in closes at 10pm, even in the hotel room. It doesn't, it closes at 2.30pm. This has to be changed in there information. Myself and others I help, we're left locked out if the hotel, with no one answering the help number. I only got in and received the correct information, of how to access me key, as a fellow traveler was walking past the locked hotel.

The first night my room was in the middle of private apartments, with no wifi, phone or kettle. There was no reception at the actual hotel after 2pm so i had to wait until next morning before making a complaint. Estelle, who seemed to do just about everything was most helpful. I was moved into the hotel and everything was fine after that.

Bom custo benefício!

O hotel embora simples é muito bom, tranquilo, muito limpo, quarto espaçoso e silencioso, chuveiro muito bom e funcionários gentis. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito gostoso. Localizado próximo à uma estação de metrô e a duas paradas da Estação Central de Stuttgart. Nosso check in foi gentilmente antecipado e no check out saímos pela manhã. Mas, se você pretende fazer um check in tardio, é bom saber que a recepção fica aberta até às 14:30.
