La habitacion estaba bien, el hotel esta cerca del transporte publico y tiene aparcamiento privado pero al aire libre. Lo que no me gusto fue la atencion de la recepcion. No hablaba castellano y no le importo lo mas minimo. Lo peor fue el desayuno. Habia muy poco. No pude comer ni un misero croissant

Air conditioning worked great but there would be an occasional bad smell coming from it every so often. Room was clean but the grout in the shower definitely needed to be scrubbed. The parking that is on site that you have to pay for was full by the time we got there around 6 pm so front desk clerk said there was a parking garage close by. But if you use this garage definitely park on level 7 or above as we did not and had to pay over $30 to park there from 6 pm to 9 am the next day since the garage starts their 24 hours at midnight so your going to pay double whatever amount no matter what. The area where the hotel is located seemed rough.

We often stay with this chain, so a comparison of the standard expected on arrival is easy. The room was great, large, clean, with excellent AC. The check in was disappointing- despite having requested parking when booking we arrived to be told there was no spaces left. The sullen lady on the desk was not very helpful when we asked for option, she merely pointed to a sign on the desk in German. The morning staff when we checked out were far more friendly and welcoming. The B & B hotel we stayed in at Mechelen offered free 24h hot drinks. This would have been great to have had here also.

Sehr gutes Hotel, wenn man z.B. in der Hanns-Martin Schleyer Halle in ein Konzert geht, ist fußläufig erreichbar. Tiergarten Wilhelma ist auch gleich in der Nähe. PKW Stellplatz für 10,- pro Tag vorhanden, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du stade, parfait pour en profiter sans stress. L’accès est facile, le parking pratique mais il faut reserver, et l’environnement calme malgré la proximité de la route La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour agréable. Mention spéciale pour le lit très douillet ! Le personnel était accueillant et disponible, toujours prêt à aider ou à répondre à nos questions. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, varié, et servi dans une ambiance agréable.

Had an excellent stay at the Bad Cannstatt B&B. Very modern, clean and quiet with helpful staff at the front desk. A lack of German language on my part was never a problem. The breakfast bar was reasonably priced and even included flax and pumpkin seeds (!!) to add to cereals. For a Canadian it was great having a selection of olives, hot peppers, mustard and humus to add to breakfast. Great selection of heavy breads and dairy products as well. Well located for transportation; S-Bahn, U-Bahn and MEX regional trains in all directions are just a short walk away. The immediate neighbourhood is a bit "rough and tumble" and the hotel is located on a busy road. Don't let this put you off. Some very good family restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and pharmacy. If it is luxury and high living you want, this isn't for you, but if you want an honest, well run, modern, clean and quiet hotel as a base as you head in any direction to explore, you will not go wrong here.

Das Hotel liegt recht günstig, wenn man z.B. zur Porsche Arena oder Schleyer Halle möchte. Nachteilig fand ich, dass man die Fenster im 7. Stock nicht wenigstens kippen konnte. Im Dachgeschoss sind die Wände und Fenster schräg und an diesem sehr heißen Tag war es fast unerträglich warm im Zimmer. Man konnte nachts nur mit laufender Klimaanlage schlafen, was ich nicht so gerne mache. Zudem war das Bad nicht ganz sauber, es waren noch Haare vom Vorgänger/der Vorgängerin zu finden.

Great place to stay BUT it would be nice if the staff didn’t smoke right by the doors where the smoke would just come into the hotel. It happened way too much. Maybe move the smoking section away from the doors. If you fix this problem I would definitely stay again.
