"Great property and location! I have stayed here before twice and look forward to the next time! I would rate this stay as 5 across the board, but there were a few things in the room that needed immediate attention. The staff responded immediately and rectified all issues within their control. "

"I lived everything besides the staff. There was no housekeeping and when I asked for additional bedding I was told to come get it from the front desk. "

"I was a bit concerned when I saw some of the reviews but my business stay there was fine. The pool was closed due to the season. My room, bathroom and all were clean and you can tell it was recently renovated. The only issue I had was controlling the AC. The area on the ac unit where you'd normally adjust was sealed and a signed stated to use the thermostat on the wall to control it. Well, that didn't work no matter what I changed it to: AC, Heat, Off-- nothing. When I told the front desk she said she wasn't aware of any sign on the AC unit itself and would have someone look at it. I believe they didn't want people to adjust the thermostat so it's somewhat "locked". Otherwise, my stay was nice. I didn't use the breakfast area. The location wasn't too far from downtown either"
