"The cabin is lovely. The hosts had all the essentials plus all the little extra things that show they have pride in their property. The cabin is centrally located between several “must-sees” in the Shawnee National Forest. Just of note there are no grocery stores within about 30 minutes of the cabin. "The house is very spacious. There is also a front porch, a side deck with picnic table and a back deck. Everything was spotless and comfortable. Very close to everything. Extra nice to have the Outpost next door where you can buy ice cream, snacks and sweatshirts and hats, etc. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again."

"They went above and beyond. The place was clean and very comfortable. There were snacks and drinks left for us. They even had the fire pit ready to light. We had a mishap and 1 of our guest had to go to the hospital. Katie offered to come and give moral support and go get what we needed. They even offered to get us home if we needed it. There were books to read and games to play. I don't think I have ever had as good of service as this. I will always be greatful. If I come back to this area this is where I will stay."

"The place was terrific. Be aware there is only one bathroom but it has a large shower and is very functional. The host was amazing and super accessible. My boys actually broke one of the knobs on the hot tub and she was very understanding. Would highly recommend this house. The pond and the outdoor area was great. They even cut a path on the hillside below the house that loops around down to the woods. The kids loved running around that loop. Great get away for families!"

"It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is great! Sparkling clean and one hundred percent new and upgraded interior. Well appointed kitchen; lots of little extras in the home. We would definitely stay here again."

"Property was just as listed. Steve was exceptional to communicate with. It really couldn’t have been any better. They thought of everything! We’ll go back in the late fall. Loved the privacy. They also recommend The Feed Mill for dinner. Talk about good!!"
