The heat never worked in our room. Never slept due to temperature indoors and of course nobody around to even get an extra blanket

Sheets were fantastic. House needs a little work. The heat was good, hot water was good, coffee pot worked fine. The living room rug is bad, needs to be tossed. The on duty manger was very helpful with the lock. Would probably stay again if needed.
