「This was our 7th or 8th trip to Exuma (from Fort Lauderdale) and once again we had a wonderful experience. February Point is a great neighborhood, so close to Georgetown shopping and basics. The rental is huge and has so many amenities. My husband loved the gym and I loved the family of sea turtles under our dock. Having the boat as part of the rental was THE BEST PART however. Exuma is all about having access to the water we have found. This truly made this our best vacation there yet!」

「Point of View is a gem of a place! Just an amazing property. On a beautiful beach, clean and comfortable house. Great kitchen. We went to Ava’s a few times for their fresh baked bread, makes for amazing French toast! Going in the off season we something I have never done before, no one was on the beaches. 「I can't say enough about the owner and his team, especially Zoey. The house was clean, spacious and well maintained. The pool, decks and beach all exceeded our expectations. 「Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this house. Nothing like having a private beach to yourself. Eric has probably been the most responsive host I've had and provided a phenomenal guide for the house and area. During low tide I recommend the walk across to the island on mosquito cay, the beach is unreal. Also before you head out to a local business or restaurant call ahead, they don't follow there posted business hours. Highly recommend will be back」

「This place was perfect for us since we needed one night near the GGT airport. It is close to the airport and very comfortable. We could walk a couple minutes to a beach with no one else around. The proprietors were very nice and easy to reach on WhatsApp. The Internet was a little slow. There were no nearby restaurants or food stores, but we took a taxi to Georgetown for a most delicious dinner. If you spend time there, it might be best to rent a car.」
