「Property has been decorated to a very high standard. Car park easy to find and access. Very central location. Easy access despite no front desk, just a code emailed to access the car park and room. Higher numbered rooms are quite a walk up a lot of stairs though. Would pay a bit more for a lower floor next time. Called to ask if we could leave the car on the Carpark a little later than midday, and they were happy to help as the rooms weren’t at full occupancy the next night. 」

「古い建物のインテリアと階段をセンスよくリノベしたアパートメント。３階(2nd floor)のTuscany suiteに３泊しました。 キッチンに小型冷蔵庫，電子レンジ，食器あり，コンロ，鍋なし 朝食用にミルク，ヨーグルト，オレンジジュース，食パン，コーヒー挽き豆&インスタントなどありますがスーパーの日常品グレードのものです。 大型スーパーWaitroseまで車ならすぐ。徒歩7~8分くらい？ 深夜にシャワーを使ったらお湯が不足して水になった。 すぐ近くに民間平置き駐車場13£/24hがあります。直接予約ならホテルから料金分が返還されるようですが，Expediaなど他社仲介の場合はそのサービスはありません。 深夜のお湯以外は快適な部屋でした。レストランへの期待が高くなかったので，３泊中２回の夕食はスーパーで買ったデリやチルド食品にしました。 レンタカーによる旅行の場合不便はありませんでした。まあまあお薦めです。」

「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

「Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

「We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this charming and unique coach house. Everything was just wonderful, all the MOD cons, wonderful, shower and comfortable beds not to mention cozy fireplace. Great location for day trips and nice and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful grounds to wander around. Fantastic communication with the host. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. Glen.」

「This pictures honestly don’t do this place justice… a stunning and spacious home with some beautiful details. Super clean, decorated beautifully with towels, everything you could need in the kitchen, lovely beds, shower gel… The host was extremely helpful after having some issues with a different site and switching over to vrbo. 「My overall experience was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The only issues I had to work around were most mirrors in the place were placed rather high for my 5'0 stature 😄. The living room/dinning area was perfect for when my local friends came for a visit. 「Lou’s view was a very comfortable cottage which suited our needs whilst we were there for a couple of days. The only thing that I feel that needs to be considered to be updated is the shower in the grey bathroom as the hot/cold water knob didn’t turn so we felt the water was tepid. The hot water boost wasn’t that effective either even when we turned it in early so 2 out of the 4 of us had cold showers. The view at the back of the building was beautiful especially when you have walked to the top...

「Sean was the best host. So helpful. He suggested dinner at a great pub in town. The house was clean and well stocked - even some food in the kitchen. The garden was charming. Absolutely no complaints at all. Will definitely return if we return to this part of England.」

「レンタカーでコッツウォルズ地方を巡る旅行中に滞在。車があったので特に不便はなかったですが、そうでない人には周りに何もないので大変かもしれません。ホテルゲストも駐車場に一晩6パウンドかかりました。 朝食は有料ですが、イングリッシュブレックファーストでパンの種類もあり、ヨーグルト、フルーツといい感じでした。 ホテル内レストランではフィッシュ＆チップスからバーガーまでお味も悪くないものが食べられました。 お部屋に椅子が少なかったので座って寛ぐ場所がなかったの残念でした。 スタッフの対応はよくて、２泊の滞在中快適でした」
