Beds of 506 are in poor state , sinking deep . 4 . Pillows in poor state 5. Staff is good and friendly . 6. Location is best located at SUHL"

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Zeit in der Mühlenwohnung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, liebevoll und authentisch eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die ruhige Lage und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben uns sehr gefallen.Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und konnten hier wunderbar abschalten und die gemeinsame Zeit genießen. Auch die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Ausflügen und Spaziergängen ein.Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass wir hier eine so schöne Zeit verbringen durften. "I was quite pleased with my stay here. It was perfect and economical for my purposes. The staff person was quite nice and helpful, and while the front is not open all the time, it's easy to get in and out. It isn't a town that is open all hours, so don't expect to eat late at night, but it's definitely charming and the hotel was a part of that!"

"Excellent location but the communication from the hotel wasn’t good. I messaged the hotel the morning of my arrival after not receiving a key code (the place is unmanned). I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. However, after paying a fortune to speak to someone the lady cleaning the rooms came and let me in. Apart from the bad start, all else was good. The location is amazing and the room spacious and very comfortable and clean."
