「Clean room and facility. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking and theatre shuttle a nice bonus. Vehicle charging station (only one however) a first in our experience. Restaurant disappointing, great ambiance, excellent serving staff, but food expensive and focused on artistic presentation rather than actual flavour/quality. (Even pancakes underdone with soggy middles - looked great on the plate however). Sorry, but prior excellent food experiences not replicated in this visit. Would hesitate...

「While the location of the hotel is great, the hotel itself is not. We had a room in the back area behind the hotel proper. While the room was nicely outfitted, the bathroom was not. We had an extremely tiny shower that resulted in bruised elbows from just washing my hair. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, we knew there was no elevator and we were okay with that. 「Their in room coffee machines were useless」

「This was a self check in property, the day prior received an email with codes and parking options. Parking was free, there are just 4 spaces at property and other options within a5-10m walk. We stayed in Night Owl/air studio unit. It’s a separate entrance on York street, a quiet backstreet that fronts onto the Avon River.
