The loft is comfortable and bright and a blend of modern living with rustic character. Ideal for couples, business travel, families or a small group of friends. The Condo is just a few minute walk from the Avon Theatre and less than a 20 minute walk to the Festival and Tom Patterson theatres. Located near many excellent restaurants and sits above the Brch & Wyn where you can drop in for delicious coffee, pastries, light meals and wine.

This property has such a nice charm to it! I love the rustic-modern appeal to it. It’s on the smaller side but that makes it super cozy! It’s laid out in a really brilliant way where you have everything yet don’t feel cramped. I would love to come back one day
