「This was our first VRBO rental, and it was delightful from start to finish. 「Just a quick note to say I am so appreciative of our host. In the middle of the trip, I had a tragic death in the family, and she could not have been more supportive and accommodating of our group. 「Everything was wonderful, the home was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. My issue was their contact person, i was told any early check in would cost $100, I tried to reach the contact person because the home was cold, would not answer for me, i called and text for another issue, no answer to my call or text from the contact person. Overall, the contact person was not handling business as needed, but everything else about our stay was rewarding to us all.」

The room slippers, bathrobe, amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo, bottled water, etc. were all available for free, and the clean and spacious room allowed us to rest and relax. The staff at the reception desk and on the phone were polite and helpful, and in general I was satisfied with the service for a hotel of this rank. However, the Wi-Fi was charged, so it would have been more comfortable if it had been free.」
