"We liked how clean and fresh this property was. We found it very comfortable. Milk, teabags, coffee, wheaten bread, butter, cheese, oil and spices were all provided, as well as fresh flowers. There was an abundance of local animals to enjoy watching: horses, cows, sheep and housemartins. The pool table in the sun room was a welcome addition. All the bedrooms were spacious with excellent quality bedding. The downstairs master suite was particularly attractive. We would love to return! "

"A very comfortable and warm house,we all enjoyed ourselves,4 adults and the dogs!Joan and her husband were very friendly,we were welcomed by Joan on our arrival.It was hsrd to.leave as we were settled and comfortable. "The Rhinns is an amazingly underrated place to explore. Favorites include the hidden bays and beaches, the beautiful Portpatrick and the excellent castles and lighthouses to explore. Our stay at Stables Cottage couldn't have been better. The accommodation was perfect for us, spacious, everything in the kitchen we needed to prepare our meals, very cosy and comfortable.
