Stayed with a party of 13 Ramblers. Great to discover there was an efficient drying room for kit in the laundry area. The staff were very efficient at serving us all in the evening. Nobody was kept waiting despite the size of the party .

Stayed for 2 nights on bed & breakfast rate. Rooms clean , beds very comfortable, bath & shower both available. Tea, coffee making facilities and biscuits available in room which is always a nice touch. A fresh cooked breakfast to order , which was delicious & piping hot , as was the pot of coffee that was served. Staff are the most pleasant and helpful any time we have visited hence would definitely recommend and would stay again !

Just returned from a two night stay at The North West Castle Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a family group of 2 sisters and 2 brothers and all of us found the hotel great. Every member of staff were so helpful and friendly from the reception, the waiting staff at breakfast, the bar staff and the domestic staff they couldn't have treated us any better. A special shout out to Alan in the bar you are a star !! Breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious and have everything needed. The hotel itself is a beautiful old historic building. Lots of car parking and very handy to walk into town. I definitely would love to return here at some point and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you all at the North West Castle Hotel !!
