"Great property in prime location to beach! As mentioned in the instructions, there is some movement that can be felt, especially when the winds kick up. The only thing I can think of to improve this house would be an elevator to get groceries and bags up and down:). We enjoyed our stay."

"House was clean great location communication was good only complaint the nest thermostat is locked with a pin so no controlling the thermostat!! I contacted host and she turned it down to 70 when we checked in but there was times when coming in from beach and showering off down stairs as ask by host it was cold and we could not adjust thermostat and at night seemed to be a little warmer and only turn on when you got up moving around so I guess it was set to a motion activity but other than that the house and yard was great!!! I was able to use my pet with me beausittinh area huge fenced yard! "

"Had issues w/ tv not working, there was no cable box. Staff was gracious, she gave us another room immediately. Overall: clean room, polite staff. The elevator did not work a few times which was no fun as we are seniors and we were on the 3rd floor. The woman who helps a/ breakfast and cleans the main entry area was such a lovely lady-she’s a great asset to your hotel."

The home was in pristine condition—super clean, beautifully put together, and everything was fully functional. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, which made it so convenient for our family of five to enjoy time by the water.We really liked the layout of the home and found the accommodations comfortable and well-suited for our family. The golf cart was such a fun bonus—we loved cruising the beach and changing out the fun, quirky flags along the way.The host was an excellent communicator and very helpful, even sharing great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Port Bolivar."

"Had to call the owner to get code to retrieve key. The overhead lights were not working in the kitchen or the living room. The bunk bed room had no working overhead lights. Each bathroom had non-working soap and shampoo dispensers. There were hair stubbles left on the inset of the shower/tub. Broken handle on freezer. "
