「This was our third time staying here over the years and we just love it! It feels like you’re a million miles away from civilization, which is so relaxing, but yet you’re actually close by to many great things to do. We always go to Warren Falls and The Mad Taco and neither disappoints! Peter and Sandra’s place is a perfect spot to get away from it all. The view is spectacular and the cabin has everything you need. Will definitely be back again!」

「We spent 3 nights at Jennifer's "Little House" and had an amazing time! The house is beautiful, we loved the design and style with the exposed wooden beams. Our favourite spots were the screened-in porch, the seating area in front of the house that gets direct morning sun, and the comfy living room. The house is very well equipped and we had everything we needed, including some hiking guide books and board games. Besides the regular bathrooms, there is also an outdoor shower (with hot water)...

「This cabin is a wonderful stay for those who want to avoid hotels and love the outdoors. The cabin is nestled in the low-lying mountains around Montpelier and has quiet, gorgeous woods surrounding it. 「This is a beautiful cabin nested in its own tiny wood patch somehow set in a set of two groups of condominiums. It is quiet, otherworldly, and has everything you could want. Impeccably clean, appointed well, and a short (or long, depending on your choices) walk from bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants, bike rentals, pubs. This is a perfect place. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and helped make my time in her little house a great pleasure!」

「Perfect for us & Sheba (our puppy). The cabin had everything we needed, coffee maker & grinder, stove, microwave, etc. The TV was great to get the local & national stations. Our host thought of everything from the utensils, pots & pans, dishware, spices, & other necessities to the towels, bathroom supplies, washer & dryer, storage space & outdoor amenities (grill, deck chairs, firepit...) The cabin was a perfect size for all of us, comfy chairs & sofa, A/C (we didn't need the heat) bed was OK....

「My husband and I along with our pup had an amazing time. We wanted a clean, convenient, quiet place to get away and do some hiking. The location and value was great! Near everything you need! 「We loved staying in this cozy cabin! We had a bit of a hiccup with check in (the door code didn’t work and Vacasa was difficult to get ahold of) but once we were in, we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kids loved making smores in the fire pit and our dog loved sleeping in front of the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again!」

「PROS: The location is wonderful, set off a quiet road just outside of Stowe. Aside from some minor changes to the interior, the listing was very accurate. A cozy fire pit down by the stream was wonderful. Overall, the location was exactly what we were looking for. CONS: Did not appear to be cleaned after previous guests, or at least not fully. Damp laundry was sitting in the washer, and the linens for the main bed hadn't been cleaned. The gas fire pit was out of propane. 」

「We were really happy overall with our stay! Location worked well for us for hiking, sightseeing and not a bad distance from Burlington or Stowe. We got used to those chicanes and hairpin turns, and honestly, the area was just stunning. Proximity is within several hundred feet of two other homes (one of which is a shared lane), but we were in and out and no concerns for privacy. 「There are a lot of good things about our stay. We loved being able to walk through Stowe at all hours. We loved the convenience of having a market right next door. And I was able to get a haircut right downstairs. The rec path was close and delightful to walk on. But we had no hot water--none--for the entire stay. Before arriving we were told the hot water heater needed a part that wouldn't be available for 3 days. We were even offered another rental to use instead, but it wasn't right downtown...
