「Our deluxe room in The Mansfield House was spacious, clean and well located. The staff from front desk to the reception and wait staff was friendly, helpful and attentive. Parking was plentiful and well placed. We had an outstanding dinner at the Wip bar one night and delicious dessert after dinner at another place the next night. Both were outstanding.」

「Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was clean but shower had mildew. Bathroom floor tiles had gaps along the wall. A piece of trim would have finished it off. Front lobby windows dirty and had a musty smell. Some nice amenities were water and cookies in the room as a welcome. Robes provided. Continental breakfast was adequate but pretty much the same each day. Fruit, bagels, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, juice and coffee. Pool was nice and well maintained. Bar and entertainment on...

「Outbound was fantastic. It was really clean, and they had gear we could use in the gear rental space—including hiking boots and a backpack, which was all brand-new demo gear. The hot tub was great, the restaurant at the pool was awesome, and the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried. It is a really beautiful spot with hiking trails all around.」
