「Very disappointed. Guy at desk when I checked in act like I was interrupting his day by being there. Asked me if I had a reservation, told him yes. He couldn't find anything. The room was in need of better cleaning. Bathtub looked like it hadn't been scrubbed in months. The sheets in the bed were dirty and stained as well. Overall, the motel was not in good shape. When I checked out, there was no one at the front desk so I just left my key and left. I won't be staying here again. 」
「Incredible good attention from the hotel staff, because the Expedia did a big mistake, I did a reservation for one room and 3 adults, and Expedia gave me one king bed room and didn’t fix this mistake after I called them. Though the hotel manager solve my problem even that the Expedia didn’t care about. Thanks so much Red Roof manager, appreciate your attention and support.」
「We enjoyed staying here which was conveniently located near the highway (but far enough so you don't hear the noise), restaurants, and the town. The rooms were nice and clean which included a full fridge, microwave, small stove, dishwasher, coffee pot and kitchen supplies. The bed was firm, and pillows were great (at least to us). There was plenty of room to spread out to put your clothes / things in closet. Only thing that they didn't have is a room safe which would've been nice to have....
「The rooms were clean and neat. I like the "no carpet" rooms. They feel cleaner. The water was hot and i liked having a refrigerator in my room. The breakfast was good and the people were friendly」
