"The breakfast was disgusting the eggs were gritty and sausage was gross. My kids even said the muffins were disgusting. Eat the waffles you make yourself it's the only things decent to eat. The pool area was gross the floor is falling apart rust everywhere also so much chlorine all of our eyes were burning. The room was also not great. Went to slide the bathroom door and it came off its tracks we fixed it but come on. Also move the table to find a plug for my phone charger and man if your tables move someone should be cleaning behind them. Also during our pool time a huge group of people came and they kinda keep the pool door open while all the adult were drinking and smoking marijuana right out the door. At that point we just went back to the room. There's definitely better hotels out there. Also the front desk lady was training someone and taking forever to explain every little detail. If your busy that person should be paying attention while you give your customers great service. I won't ever return here for many reason and I hope my review helps other choose something different because we were disappointed 😞"
